My four-year old, Felix, tried out the chino pants in a lovely olive green, and the layered tee in red and stone. Both garments are superbly made, with excellent attention to detail, and from nice fabrics that a both hardwearing and comfortable – Felix doesn’t like scratchy labels etc but he was very happy with his outfit!

Auckland based clothing designer Claudia Pellizzaro and I set out in early 2006 to design a range of distinctive and hard-wearing clothes for active kids. Clothes that could be worn every day, covered in dirt, paint, food or whatever but still look and feel great.
Our "adventure" range uses only high-quality medium to heavy-weight fabrics, which makes our clothes warmer and more durable and suitable for wearing all year round. Our designs have a stylish classic base for fit and functionality but with lots of practical and fashionable detailing as well. They are just the job for adventure-filled days and nights in and all over the world.
Elasticized waistbands, adjustable waists and belt loops have been added, where needed, to achieve maximum functionality and allow for a full range of movement.
The whippersnapper adventure range is for boys and girls aged 3 to 12 and is predominantly unisex –that is, more ‘cool’ than ‘sweet’!
